About the TSAB and Glory:
There are two main forces that involve themselves with the Mahou Shoujo in a positive way (there are many that try to kill them all, but that's another story)
The first one is the TSAB, the governamental institution that regulates the correct development of society. They are, of course, a big, powerful group, with plenty of resources at their disposal, and able to supply their collaborators with the most wide selection of contacts of all kind. In the dark side, they are a highly bureucratic (duh) institution, and promotion has more to do with time spent inside than with real merits or experience, they also tend to treat the outsiders in a somewhat despective way, that goes from condescending disdain to plain hostility, depending on the situation.
Then we have Glory. Glory is an asociation of magical girls that doesnt want to depend on the TSAB, but still want to be a presence noteworthy in the world events. They are independentists joined together by necessity, and usually move in small groups or completely alone. Their hierarchy is lax and pretty unstable, and often treat other members just as regular friends, and leaders only give orders in the most serious situations, happy with just providing suggestion, that are, nevertheless usually heard, as leadership in Glory comes from respect. Even if they prefer freedom, they are loyal in extreme, always ready to jump in when another member needs help. On the other hand, Glory is not an officialy sanctioned organization, and are treated in many worlds as a regular hoodlooms, or even criminals.
